President
Peter Greenleaf is the President of MedImmune LLC, the worldwide biologics business for AstraZeneca PLC. Since joining the company in 2006 as senior vice president, commercial operations, Peter has overseen the development of the company's global marketing and portfolio organizations, as well as managing the broader commercial, corporate development and strategy functions. He has also been accountable for MedImmune Ventures, a corporate development investment group. In addition to being a member of the MedImmune Executive Team, Peter has led the cross-functional Brand Management Team and been a member of the company's Product Development Committee. Mr. Greenleaf joined MedImmune from Centocor, Inc., where he served as vice president of the gastroenterology franchise, responsible for sales, marketing, strategic planning and business development. Previously, he was employed in sales and marketing capacities with Boehringer Mannheim Corporation and US Healthcare, Inc. Mr. Greenleaf holds a bachelor of science degree from Western Connecticut State University, and a master's degree in business administration from St. Joseph's University.

Senior Vice President, MedImmune Ventures, Inc.
As senior vice president of MedImmune Ventures, Inc., Frank Top identifies
companies that may be suitable for partnership and investment opportunities. He
also serves as medical counsel to the clinical development group at MedImmune,
Inc. Top joined MedImmune in June 1988 as executive vice president and was
elected to the board of directors where he served from 1988 to 2003. He became
the company's medical director in 1990, and held that position until he was
appointed senior vice president of MedImmune Ventures in July 2004. Prior to
joining MedImmune, Top served as senior vice president for clinical and
regulatory affairs at Praxis Biologics from 1987 to 1988. Prior to 1987, he
served for 22 years in the U.S. Army Medical Research and Development Command,
where he was appointed Director and Commandant, Walter Reed Army Institute of
Research, in 1983. Top holds a doctorate of medicine cum laude and a bachelor
of science degree in biochemistry from Yale University. Frank Top is a board
member of VaxInnate, Applied Genetic Technologies Corporation and
GlycoMimetics, Inc., and previously Avidia, Inc.
Eva M. Jack
Managing Director, MedImmune Ventures, Inc.
Eva Jack recently joined MedImmune Ventures from MedImmune Business
Development. She joined the company in 2004 and was in charge of initiating
in-licensing and research collaborations with universities, medical research
institutions and governments. In addition, she was responsible for some
out-licensing of intellectual property portfolio to companies and other
interested third parties. Prior to joining MedImmune in 2004, Jack held a
variety of positions at Intel Corporation during her 13 years with the company.
In her last position at Intel, she worked for Intel Capital, the company's
venture fund, and was responsible for investments and research collaborations
in biotechnology and health care. Jack began her career with Intel in
Washington, DC as a lobbyist covering health care, immigration, labor law, and
education and training issues. Jack holds a bachelors degree from the
University of Virginia and a masters degree in health sciences from the Johns
Hopkins University. Eva Jack is a board observer of LigoCyte, Inc.

Managing Director, MedImmune Ventures, Inc.
Maggie Flanagan LeFlore, who joined MedImmune Ventures as a managing director
in 2007, transitioned into the role from her position as Head of R&D
Ventures at AstraZeneca. As Head of R&D Ventures, she was on assignment to
Advent International where she worked with the Healthcare and Life Sciences
venture capital investment team. Previously, LeFlore was the Global Alliance
Director for Global Sciences and Information from 2001 to 2005, where she led
an international group responsible for evaluation, negotiation and management
of global technology platform collaborations. Prior to 2001, LeFlore held
business development and scientific management positions at Hybridon, Inc.
(1997-2000); Oncogene Science Inc. (1994-1996); and Merrell Dow Pharmaceuticals
(1985-1994). Originally trained as a biophysical chemist, with a B.S. in
Chemistry from the University of Kansas, and a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from
Indiana University, she trained in molecular and cellular biology as a
post-doctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health. Maggie LeFlore is a
board observer of Inotek Pharmaceuticals, Inc., and BrainCells, Inc.
