In their initial year, new employees accrue vacation at a rate of fifteen (15) days per year.
Vacation increases each anniversary according to company policy.
Holidays
Employees are provided up to twelve (12) paid holidays each calendar year, nine scheduled, and up
to three unscheduled holidays that can be used at an employee's discretion.
MedImmune 401(K) plan
We provide a 75% employer match of employee pretax contributions (up to 6% of eligible
compensation). Plan participants are 50% vested in the employer match after 2 years of service
and 100% vested after 3 years of service.
